Seattle Spin: What's happening in Seattle this week

Shows: Defending the Caveman at the Moore Theatre in Seattle, April 15th - May 2cd, $24-$46.  More Venus/Mars gender comparisons than you can shake your spear at.

Restaurants: Anthony's at Shilshole.  Just don't think of Ray's the next time your in this neighborhood.  Anthony's has the same sweeping views and great pre-6PM weekday dinner specials.

Activities: Wheelchair Sports Jamboree, April 24th, 8:30AM - 4PM, free.  A festival for the wheelchair bound providing an introduction into wheelchair sports: exhibitors, demonstrations, information about competitions and leagues.

Performance: Moisture Festival in Freemont, April 21st - 25th, $7.  Too much good stuff at this event, performers to make you laugh and awe.  Great acts for the kids too.

Music: Peepshow at the Graceland, April 25th, $10, playing with four other acts.  A great Seattle band breaking out of the pack.

Outdoor Activities: Mt. Si, hiking, in North Bend.  The most popular hike in the state.  The view from the top makes the trek worth it.  Even if you don't have the legs to take you all of the way, plenty of stops and great views along the path makes the trip enjoyable.

Single Events: Single and enjoy wine, or would like to learn more?  Then Bacchus Events is a great pairing with you.

Planning Ahead:
May 8th, Golden Girls opens at Seattle Opera
May 21st, Circus Contraption
